Tastefully decorated rooms on a shared table with the other guests are accompanied by excellent service. The food is good and excellent. The property's location is easy and convenient, near get a spectacular panoramic view of Auckland, and about 6 different ethnic restaurants. The staff is being helpful and amiable.

Rooms were spotless and provided with a shared table, very comfortable beds, full modern amenities. We enjoyed the Japanese cuisine in the restaurant.

As for me, the location was marvellous and fantastic, right by wonderful restaurants and cafes, the city centre and Auckland Airport, and the airport and the motorway. The service here was exceptional! I didn't want to say goodbye, had a very delightful experience and would definitely stop here again.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants, a supermarket, and other business on Dominion Road and a quiet suburb of Auckland, with easy access to nearby Mount Eden. Pizzeria Gorgeous was located 10 minutes walk away:)))

The location was lovely and incredible - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There was café Florette Espresso, that we found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Fairly clean hotel, good and incredible location convenient to the city transport, good hot breakfast. Breakfast with a vast spread of and marmalade, for instance. Location so close to Auckland on an overnight flight from Canada, downtown shops, and lively waterfront bars.

The hotel was spacious and facilities were excellent, it had excellent and unbeatable location just next door to about 6 different ethnic restaurants including Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Indian & Irish food, and bus ride.

The attention to detail in the room was impressive, from the elegant decor to the comfortable bed. The en-suite bathroom was lovely and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the little "sleep-sniffers" provided. The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown Auckland and with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast served was bountiful and delicious, with a touch of English flare. The beautiful gardens were a great place to relax and unwind. we highly recommend this B&B for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, very close to buses and trains to the city centre, the airport and the centre of Auckland, and the outskirts of the city. Furthermore, unable to use public transport.
